Pattayafund Co., Ltd. ('Pattayafund', 'we', 'our' or 'us') respects the privacy of every individual who visits this website and submits information through our newsletter form. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, the legal basis on which we rely, who we share it with, and the rights available to you under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand ('PDPA').

The controller of your personal data is Pattayafund Co., Ltd., registered in Thailand under company number 0105561034782, with its registered office at 99/9 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei, Bangkok 10110, Thailand.
2. Personal data we collect
When you submit our newsletter form we collect your full name and your email address. When you browse this website we automatically collect technical information such as your IP address (in truncated form), browser type, device type, referring page, the pages you view and the time of your visit. With your consent, we also process cookie identifiers and analytics events.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process your name and email address on the basis of your explicit consent in order to send you information about active residential projects, programme terms and construction progress updates. We process technical and cookie data on the basis of our legitimate interest to operate, secure and improve this website; analytics and marketing cookies are processed only on the basis of your consent collected through our cookie banner and Google Consent Mode v2.
4. Retention
We retain newsletter subscription data for as long as you remain subscribed and for a further period of twenty-four (24) months after you unsubscribe in order to evidence the lawfulness of our processing. Cookie data is retained for the periods stated in our Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients
Your personal data is accessed by authorised employees of Pattayafund Co., Ltd. and by trusted service providers acting as our data processors, in particular our hosting provider, our email delivery provider and Google Ireland Limited for the operation of Google Analytics in consented-mode. We do not sell your personal data.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside Thailand, including in the European Economic Area and the United States. Such transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses approved by the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you have the right to access, rectify, port, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.
